JERUSALEM, Nov. 21— Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is effectively barred from traveling to 124 countries following the issuance of an arrest warrant by the International Criminal Court (ICC), which accuses him of alleged war crimes and human rights violations. Nations that are signatories to the ICC’s Rome Statute are legally bound to enforce the warrant, exposing Netanyahu to potential arrest.

These nations are obligated under international law to detain Netanyahu should he enter their territories. Critics argue that this could severely limit his diplomatic activities and global engagements. Netanyahu’s government has dismissed the ICC’s jurisdiction over Israel, claiming it lacks the authority to investigate alleged crimes in Palestinian territories.

The travel ban intensifies the challenges faced by Netanyahu, both internationally and domestically, as scrutiny over his policies and actions continues to grow.
